Last but for sure not least another addition to my Commonwealth forces - the famous QF Ordnance 25-Pounder!
Usually part of the supporting artillery it was used as a stop gap in the anti-tank role until the 6-Pounder was available in numbers, because the 2-Pounder couldn´t stop the heavier armoured German tanks like the Pz III G, or the Pz IV.
And as such it was used not only in North Africa but in the Levante during Operation Exporter too: as the only gun that was able to stop the French R35 tanks frontally.
The gun model is from Warlord Games to which I added a rope, a self-bent towing eye, ammunition crates, used cartridges and so on.
Crew is a mixture of Perry Miniatures, Warlord and 3D printed from Studio Grozny.

Zu guter Letzt noch eine weitere Ergänzung für meine Commonwealth-Truppen - der berühmte QF Ordnance 25-Pounder!
Normalerweise Teil der Artillerie-Truppe, wurde er als Lückenfüller in der Panzerabwehr eingesetzt, bis der 6-Pounder in größerer Stückzahl zur Verfügung stand, denn der 2-Pounder konnte die schwerer gepanzerten deutschen Panzer wie den Pz III G oder den Pz IV nicht aufhalten.
Und in dieser Rolle wurde der 25-Pounder nicht nur Nordafrika, sondern auch in der Levante während der Operation Exporter eingesetzt, da nur er in der Lage war, die französischen R35-Panzer frontal zu stoppen.
Das Modell selbst stammt von Warlord Games und wurde um ein Seil, eine selbstgebogene Abschleppgöse, Munitionskisten, abgefeuerte Kartuschhülsen und so weiter ergänzt.
Die Besatzung ist eine Mischung aus Perry Miniatures, Warlord und 3D-Druck von Studio Grozny.
